Once an item is shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS or UPS with any issues that occur during transit of their package.

Return Policy: 

• Return/Exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item. Items will be refused if they have any excessive smells, food, pet hair or damages (unless manufacture defect) on them.
• Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
• ANY discounted/sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
• Bralettes, jewelry and drinkware are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
